Food Safety Training for Food Handlers is a comprehensive online learning course designed to teach entry-level food handlers the basics of food safety and HACCP sanitation. Based on the FDA food safety code, this online learning program covers all FDA food safety topics, including:

Each food safety education module is designed to be complete in itself, and each may be used independently of the others, depending upon each student’s and each employer’s need. This online food safety training provides a grounding in basic food hygiene concepts, FDA food safety standards, and safe food handling for direct food handlers. Even if your facility’s supervisors are ServSafe certified, for true food preparation safety your food handlers’ need food safety training. Students receive an online food safety certificate.
